Description (partial)

Symptom:
When we clear history from 9971 phone -> Applications -> Call History -> Clear List (delete), Missed Calls -> Clear List (delete)

and repeat this sequence for every line configured on the phone, we still can see (orphan) phone numbers showing up in the dial list (when you start dialing number - New Call window appears)

Conditions:
If we set 'New Simplified Call UI' to TRUE, no dial history appears in the New Call window and there is no slowness. But customers decline using this feature as they are loosing ability to dial from history
