Symptom:
For Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience DX650, the Email Address for
Customer Support and Background Image provisioning attributes are not supported from Prime Collaboration Provisioning 10.0 onwards.

Conditions:
The above mentioned Provisioning attributes are not supported in the Product Catalog file.
