Description (partial)

VRRPv2 priority may be incorrectly calculated when tracking interfaces.
After reloading the router, the track decrement value is decremented twice.
As a result, VRRPv2 with tracking does not work as expected.

Another symptom is that when a tracked interface returns to an operational state, the original priority is not restored.

This is observed when you use tracking interfaces for VRRP priority.
