Description (partial)

After installing a new license file to enable access to settings that require a license the settings are still not accessible.
When you go to the license page the license keys are indicated as installed.

After installing the new license file the user pressed the browser reload button to verify the new keys are installed.
The user did not press the reload button on the license page itself.
