Description (partial)

Cisco Ctlcli trace configuration page gets into Infinite loop and page is broken

1)login to CCM Serviceability page.
2)Access the path Trace->Configuration->and select the Publisher and choose CM Services as service group and service as Ctlcli and click on Go button

The Page goes into infinite loop, keeps on loading itself and page is completely broken.

Further the Save button is non functional in Alarm Configuration page for CtiCli service

In Service Dropdown box the service is listed as Ctlcli (Inactive )
Only following services are activated on the system..
1)Cisco CallManager
2)Cisco CTIManager
3)Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App
4)Cisco Extension Mobility
5)Cisco Tftp
6)Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service
7)Cisco AXL Web Servicev
