Documentation : ACS 5.4 - ACSManagementAudit.log - does not show operations and configuration that are performed by administrators.

Conditions:
ACSManagementAudit.log Does Not Show CLI operations Performed by admin
acs05/admin(config)# username TAC-Admin password plain C1sco12345! role admin

Below command does not return any value:
acs05/admin# show acs-logs filename ACSManagementAudit.log | in TAC-Admin
