Symptom: Symptoms: Refresh button in Locations->Disconnected Groups non functional when LBM service is down for some reasons Conditions: Condition: 1)Login to CCM Serviceability pages. 2)Access the path Tools->Location->LBM Disconnected Groups. 3)In case of LBM service going down for some reasons of if the service is deactivated.. In Location->Diconnected Groups page ..following appropriate message is displayed.. "Error while connecting to the LBM Service. Detailed message: Could not connect to host 127.0.0.1 on port 5546. Session is null" However the "Refresh" button is non functional and no action takes place when clicked like "Loading Please wait" is displayed unlike the other page Location->Discrepancy page in which "Refresh" button is functional.
