Description (partial)

ASA SMP Platform running 8.4(4)1 to latest interim may suffer from 1550 byte block depletion due to webvpn and the process causing it being do_refill_rxring. Thereby, it disconnects a huge number of users off the clientless session and then it recovers on its own.

ASA SMP Platform as webvpn headend and approx 1500 and greater clientless connections to the device. This seems to be caused due to heavy traffic and may not affect all customers with the same conditions.
