Description (partial)

When configuring the WebEx Productivity Tools, an error is displayed showing we hit a glitch. A trace will show TMSXE returning a 500 error after the client successfully connects to the booking service on the TMSXE server.

TMSXE is configure to connect to TMS via https and is configured to use the IP address of the TMS server.
