Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to edit PW MTU when PW is on Port-channel

Conditions:
1. Create a port-channels with port1, port2 (1G) in 1 channel-group. 
2. Create a PW with above port-channel as AC point with VLAN tag.
3. By default, MTU of PW is set to 1500. It is allowed to edit this MTU value just after PW creation upto any allowed value less than 9600 which is max interface MTU.
4. Clear and Query the TP and PW circuits. After querying the PW configured over Port-channel, try to edit the PW and change the MTU value. On clicking "Apply" following error is thrown:
