Conditions:
This issue happens, when name of the Network Service/Switch Extension Manager contains square braces before performing SCVMM upgrade. In case, if the name doesn't contain square braces but has length greater than 64 bytes before upgrade, then Refresh of Network Service will be sucessful after upgrade but, the name of Network Service will be truncated to only contain 64 bytes.
