Cisco Bug: CSCuj62210 - Phone display not showing Meet-Me Number ID

Last Modified

Nov 14, 2015

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

10.0(0.97024.28)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone display not showing Meet-Me Number ID

Conditions:
Phones A1 and A2 are in cluster 1 while Phone B1 is in cluster 2.

1. PhoneA1 dials the Meet-Me Conference DN 19999.
2. PhoneA2 calls PhoneB1.
3. PhoneA2 transfers the call to Meet-Me Conference DN 19999.
The call from PhoneA2 to PhoneB1 goes via a sip trunk (no Qsig enabled).

The script fails as it checks for the display as 'From Conference(19999)' whereas the display is now shown as 'From Conference'. The behavior looks similar for both initiator ('To Conference' and no MeetMe id) and the participant ('From Conference' and no MeetMe id).

This works on 10.0.0.97023-7 build, but fails on the later builds (10.0.0.97026-19 and 10.0.0.97027-4).
Issue seen with SIP phones and not with SCCP phones.
