Symptom:
CallbackDateTime in Dialer Detail table is updating 1 hour greater than the prevailing system time during Daylight Savings Time.

Conditions:
Personal callback is scheduled, and Eastern Time (US & Canada) (have DST) is selected in Campaign Manager.
