Description (partial)
Symptom: On the 4500 VSS platform connected to some switch once CTS is applied and removed from the interface, there is no more connectivity in all VRFs - no arp entry. 4500 VSS drops ARP response. Once debug k5cpumapacketdropped is enabled we can see the following: *Oct 3 13:54:41.914: Packet Dropped: Reason: Packet has no local txInfos EventCode 33 Port ? Vlan 65535 FwdVlan 65535Src 00:08:E3:FF:FC:28 Dst 00:1B:2A:67:FD:3F Type/Len 0x8100 and the packet never gets back to other end so we can see incomplete ARP entry on the switch connected to the VSS. Conditions: When cts is applied and removed from the interface where vnet trunk is configured
