Description (partial)

Symptom:
Super user still have access to other jobs while Impersonating another User and F5 terminates impersonation

Conditions:
Super User is unable to impersonate another user to determine user access because Impersonation of user fails.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to the Client Manager using a Super User account.
2. Impersonate another User
3. Use the Filter and Search Grid to select jobs and job groups.
4. Note while still in impersonation mode more jobs appear which user doesn't have access.
5. Pressing the F5 (Refresh Key) terminates impersonation.
