Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Security Manager

Known Affected Releases

4.4(0)SP1

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer had upgraded their ASA firewall from 8.4.6 to 9.x version that supported unified access rule policy. Due to other factors and issues with 9.x code, they were forced to downgrade their device back to an older 8.4.6 version that didn't support unified rules. And when CU was initially running 9.x code they had created a shared access policy(unified) but after the downgrade they are not able to convert the unified shared policy to non-unified shared policy.

Conditions:
created a shared unified access policy (unified) when running 9.x code. But after downgrading to 8.4 there is no converter utility in CSM to support non-unfied access policy from unified access-policy.
