Description (partial)

Symptom:
Long-running script error is displayed  sometimes when loading dashboard in IE9.

The error disappears in a few seconds.

After the error is seen, the navigation and loading of pages/tabs is very slow and sluggish.

Loading one page, intermediately opens a few other tabs before loading the requested page.

Conditions:
It occurs intermediately when loading the Dashboard.
