Cisco Bug: CSCuj61226 - Indicate external dial-in qty function in add particpants for conference

Last Modified

Feb 24, 2014

Products (1)

  • Cisco TelePresence Management Server

Known Affected Releases

14.3.1

Description (partial)

Symptom:
It is not clear what the functionality if the Qty field is when you add an external dial-in participant to a conference in the TMS. If this is designed to limit the number of external participants that dial-in, there is no help dialog or anything in the documentation to indicate the intended functionality.

Customer believes that it should limiit inbound ISDN callers to 2 when they select inbound ISDN and enter 2 in the Qty field

Conditions:
After creating a new conference in the TMS, then clicking Add Participants, you select the External tab. When there, you can select "Dial In" for Direction, then choose ISDN/H320 for Protocol. There is a Qty field next to name and we'd like to see something in the docs that indicate this fields functionality
