Description (partial)

Supervisors monitoring agent status may see agents that are logged in missing from the CSD agent list.

When the CAD Agent does the following in sequence, the agent disappears 
from CSD.

1. The agent is logged in to CAD and is showing in CSD.
2. The agent clicks the \'Login/Logout\' button
3.  Agent selects any one of the  \'Reason\' Codes for Logout
4.  Agent Clicks the \'Login/Logout\' button
5.  Types in the INCORRECT password
6. Gets prompted to retry, Clicks \'Retry\'
7. Enters the CORRECT password
8. Agents clicks \'Not Ready\' then selects any one of the \'Not Ready\' Codes

After the \'Not Ready\' Code is changed, the agent disappears from CSD.
