Symptom:
End user cannot join a scheduled meeting.

When an enduser has logged into web interface, and use either "Meet Me" or "Schedule a new meeting" and then tries to join the conference results in: "We've hit a glitch in processing your request.Try again a little later."

Conditions:
Cisco WebEx Meetings Server v1.5.1.67 (v1.5HF3)
Small, Medium, Large deployment

The Hotfix is missing the workaround information that requires manual editing of a key file on the Admin Virtual Machine, and manually restarting the httpd process.
