Description (partial)

Symptom:
A message similar to the following may be logged:

"*mmMobility: Oct 03 12:07:00.421: #MM-3-MEMORY_READ_ERROR: mm_mobile.c:1128  Error reading mobility memory, possible race condition. Encountered memory error, Please report the error if you experience a crash".

Conditions:
Deleting and Rebuilding the anchor and the Foreign WLC mappings on both Foreign and Anchor WLC was not helpful as mobility tunnels always stay DOWN
2.  MPING and EPING from Foreign and Anchor WLC were working
3.  Debug mobility keep alive on Anchor does not show any keep alive sent by anchor causing the EOIP tunnel to stay down
4.  Seeing several of these logs on the WLC : " mmMobility: : #MM-3-MEMORY_READ_ERROR: mm_mobile.c:921 Error reading mobility memory, possible race condition. Encountered memory error, Please report the error if you experience a crash.[...It occurred 2 times/sec!.]
