Description (partial)

1. Katana crashes when we start roaming.
2. A Catalyst switch with AAA configured for authentication may see a crash in the "EAP Framework" process if it has been idle for a period of time.

Scenario 1:
1. Setup 1000 APs
2. Bring up 12000 clients.
3. Start roaming at 360cps.
4. Katana Crashes.

Scenario 2:
When is switch is idle for long time with session for Data and Phone is authz by critical vlan(AAA Down). Crash is seen with trace backs. Also getting frequent Authc fail sys log messages for both Phone and Data.
