Symptom: Join Across Line (JAL) after Direct Transfer Across Line (DTAL) causes desktop button to disable in certain scenarios Conditions: Call flow where agent 1 calls agent 2 via route point and agent 2 direct transfers the call to non-acd line. After that agent 3 calls agent 2 and after answering, agent 2 initiates Join across the line with original call. Agent 2 desktop will gray out.
