Symptom:
Unable to Hold/retrieve Call after Join Across Line (JAL) conference scenario

Conditions:
Attempt hold/retrieve when a conference is initiated by Join Across Line (JAL) between the ACD and non-ACD lines and call put on hold for the CTIOS agent desktop
