Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When a new Chat message arrives, the audible alert is not played. To correct this, "Chat - Restore agent console when a message arrives" must be disabled. Documentation needs to be updated to reflect this functionality. Conditions: "Chat - Enable sound alert" and "Chat - Restore agent console when a message arrives" are enabled
