Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following error message can be seen when trying to run ethanalyzer on Nexus:

N7k# ethanalyzer local interface inband capture-filter "dst host 10.10.10.10"
Capturing on inband
tshark: The file to which the capture would be saved ("/tmp/etherfilter") could not be opened: Permission denied

Conditions:
This is seen when another user (different username) is already running an ethanalyzer session with a capture-filter.
