Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CWMS 1.5 and earlier, in HA deployments, there are no indicators representing the status of the databases and the DB replication on the Dashboard. Admins of the system are totally unaware of the database and DB replication status in the HA deployment. It would be beneficial to add a HA/DB replication status indicator to the Dashboard.
