Symptoms: The phone does not lock automatically after 10 minutes of idle time or after business hours despite the CUCM configuration. The hard button ''lock'' does not lock the phone either. Conditions: These scenarios happen when the phone first boots up in Phone Only Mode or after a factory reset when the phone comes back in Phone Only Mode. No PIN has been set by the user. Since the user does not configure e-mail, they are never prompted to enter a PIN number. Even if the user is using Fuji features, the phone still does not prompt the user to protect their information.
