Symptom: Routed multicast traffic gets black-holed on a Nexus 7000. The Multicast Routing Table (MRIB) has the correct interfaces in the S,G outgoing interface list (OIL), but they are missing from Multicast Forwarding Distribution Manager (MFDM).
