Description (partial)

Symptom:
When initiating new call on 7937 phone using Telephony URI by using "DIAL" part of "CiscoIPPhoneExecute", "," (comma) characters are not recognized as "pause" and all DTMF digits are sent at once. It can be heard on the phone.
