Description (partial)
Symptom: In the lisp getVpn solution test, when the getvpn profile is applied in physical interface in the data path flow (such as interface between GM1 to core), the traffic got dropped with qfp error of "IpsecIkeIndicate"/"OUT_V4_PKT_HIT_IKE_START_SP" when the getvpn profile is applied to the LISP0 interface, Encrypted traffic flows in the LISP setup properly Conditions: getvpn profile is applied to the physical interface instead of lisp interface.
