Description (partial)

Symptom:
TCP malformed packet is received and forwarded by the blocked port on the WS-C3560-48PS.  This causes the TCP malformed packet to be looped in 
the network continuously and be flooded on all the ports in the vlan

Conditions:
WS-C3560-48PS running 12.2(55)SE8

TCP packet with incorrect checksum on the TCP header is induced into the network
