Description (partial)

Symptom:
multicast packets drop for certain flows after fex reload

Current set of m2rib logs seem to be indicating that IGMP did not clean up Ethernet107/1/42 OIF, when IGMP received IM delete for Ethernet107/1/42 . Later that IOD was assigned to Eth101/1/42. Since IGMP already had iod 1366, it would have considered that it had already sent update to m2rib. That would have resulted the OIF mismatch in this case.

Conditions:
I am running fex reload 8 hr script and after fexes are reloaded certain flow groups are dropped.
