Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is no official tool for creating jabber-config.xml file for Jabber for Windows. Currently its a manual process and not user friendly.

This may be expanded to other Jabber utilizing Jabber as well.

Simply placing a script into the Admin package or as another download on CCO is unacceptable as it's ignoring the root of the problem. We need to integrate this experience into both WebEx OrgAdmin and UCM Admin pages. Just so we eliminate these steps while still providing the flexibility of having the XML configuration files:
1.	Manually editing an XML file used by Jabber
2.	Manually uploading an XML file to the UCM TFTP Server
3.	Manually restarting the UCM TFTP Server

A really simple fix is to have this incorporated into the server Admin Pages. Since those pages are hosted by the server, it's really trivial to have a server-side script which could generate the configuration XML file based on the input provided by the HTML Form (similar to how every other page in OrgAdmin/UCM works), then copy that file to the appropriate location on the system and restart any services automatically. Then when new configuration options are included with a newer version of Jabber, we have the COP installation to update this page and file generation logic.

Conditions:
Trying to configure jabber-config.xml file
