Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a phone service is created and password is set, and after subscription to the phone, it the parameter on the phone service "Parameter is a Password (mask contents)" checkbox is checked the password becomes blank. 
Then when the user/agent tries to login it gets authentication error.

Conditions:
--Create the IPPA one button login ( http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a008029e6d5.shtml ) 
--Login agent 
--Come to the Phone Services page and check the "Parameter is a Password (mask contents)" checkbox 
--Agent login will fail with "Authentication error" 
--Uncheck the same box. Then, you can see that the password is blank in the Service Subscription page.
