Symptom:
User reports that:

    OPRs are not able to answer some of the calls.
    not happening for all the calls.

CUEAC 9.1.1.20 CT Error
Hi all, We have a CUEAC Server version 9.1.1.20. It was working fine (more or less), but now, randomly, operators recieve an error &quot;CT error&quot; and can't mange calls. I knowd that version 9.1.1.10 is affceted by this bug:  <key>CSCuj54164</key> but is solved in version 9.1.1.20 I restarted CUEAC Server and CTI service from CUCM and the issue is still happening. Anyone knows about this issue? Thank you.
