Symptom: DID: Cisco logo visible in background for a seconds in application menu. Conditions: 1. Connect new device with external Monitor with HDMI cable. 2. Select device in external display mode. 3. On external display, come to home screen (Cisco logo screen) 4. click to dots in right corner and Open application Menu.
