Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading to Prime Network 4.1, Webstart client fails to start, and displays an error popup with the following information:
  Title - Application Error
  Header - Unable to launch the application

Clicking on the "Details" button, the following is displayed:
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError ..... :Unsupported major.minor version 51.0

(Same error is displayed on the Java Console if it is enabled).

Conditions:
1) Trying to launch Prime Network Webstart client from a Programs menu shortcut created before upgrade to 4.1
2) Default system JRE is JRE6
