Description (partial)

Symptom:
The TelePresence server event log can begin to fill with unnecessary warning level messages:

CCCP "Response failure to tx message"

These messages do not indicate a failure, as several attempts will be made to send the message.

Conditions:
This can occur whenever there is an initial failure to send a Conference Control Protocol message to any CTS type endpoint.
