Cisco Bug: CSCuj53341 - Phone service via Cisco Expressway takes 10 min to sync after pwd update

Description (partial)

After users sign out from Cisco Expressway account, and admin changed user password from server, users can sign back in with the new password, but after that, they would find phone service still can't get reconnected.

Phone service should get reconnected as normal.

But when this problem happens,  users would need to wait for around 10 minutes, then phone service will eventually get reconnected.

1. Log in app via edge
2. After service discovery, input the password of UDS (192)
3. After check UDS configration, it find CUP.
4. Log in CUP directly, after a while, sign out.
5. Change the user credential of CUCM by admin.
6. Log in app as same edge user account again.
7. After service discovery, input the new password.
8. After check UDS configuration, it find CUP and log in CUP.
9. You will find the CUCM can't log in with status -Disconnect but username/password can't modify.
