Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 mode phone fail to register if CUCM v4/v6 hostname are different


CUCM: 10.0.0.97025-9
Phone: sip78xx-10-1-1-1

Reproduce steps:
1. In "CUCM admin -> System -> Server", CUCM hostname configuration is like below:

"Host Name/IP Address":              sh-ipc-ccm-nyuan-vm-pub
"IPv6 Address (for dual IPv4/IPv6)": ccm-nyuan-vm-pub-v6

2. DUT phone is in IPv6 only mode or IPv6 prefer mode.
3. M/O bit is 0/1.
3. Power cycle phone.
4. Phone fail to register to CUCM.
   Check wirehshark trace, in SIP REGISTER message sent by DUT phone, Request URI is: "Request-URI: sip:ccm-nyuan-vm-pub-v6", CUCM reply SIP 404 message with error reason "Warning: 399 sh-ipc-ccm-nyuan-vm-pub "Invalid host or domain in request URI""
   
   RT phone can register normally in such configuration, in Request URI it add CUCM IPv6 address instead of hostname.
   
Wirehark trace is attached:
DUT phone: eth.addr eq 6C41.6A36.9141
RT phone:  eth.addr==0023.EB54.16EA
