Description (partial)

Symptom:
FEC Mode not applied to all TXPs (Y-Cable protected ckt)

Conditions:
1) Consider a NG-DWDM Network with 2 nodes, having respectively MD9 and MD4-Extended configurations, directly connected on a span and passing through a Legacy OLA site on another span.
2) Some WSON circuits have been already created across the network.
3) Open the NFV and change perspective to GMPLS, then select properly source and destination working TXPs in order to create a Y-Cable protected WSON circuit. Before pushing Create button, change FEC Mode and push Apply button.
=> Modification is only applied to Source Working TXP trunk port.
