Symptom:
There is not a red bar on top of screen after switch call view to add contact view to remind user a call is activated

Conditions:
pr-condition:
provision jabber for iphone with Webex/CUP+UCM on corporate wifi

steps:
1.establish a voip call with peer
2.switch call view to add contact view

result:
there is not a red bar show on top of screen
