Description (partial)

Video in Queue is not recorded by MediaSense, but subsequent conversation with the agent is.

This applies when
- A caller making a video call into a video contact center; and
- the caller is placed in queue ("video in queue") using MediaSense as the video source; and
- the audio codec being used for ViQ is MP4A-LATM (also known as AAC-LD); and
- MediaSense is also being employed to record the audio portion of the video call
