Symptom:
Following BFD parameter change message is seen constantly in the logs

Conditions:
Seen in N7K running 5.2(4). these messages are seen for port-channel, but may be seen for individual links too.
no link flaps or mac moves noticed during the time.

the below error will also be seen in ?show system internal bfd event-history errors?
