Description (partial)

Partner receives core device availability - missing alerts.


However , when manually verified on the network device the up-time shows that device was not down. So, DEV engineers suspect that this could be due to network congestion or traffic at customer end and smart care appliance could not reach the network device while core monitor service was running.

Partner requested to see the following enhancements on this reports:

1. Timer which we used to poll the devices
2. Number of attempts appliance polled the device before confirming
3. List the protocols used
4. ICMP messages sent (yes/no) and number of ICMP requests sent
5. Number of retries for each service/protocol
6. Time (Already available in report)
