Description (partial)

Symptom:
For any PW-Ether interface, after QoS policy is removed or modified, a small amount of memory (276bytes) will leak for each member in the generic-interface-list attached to this PW-Ether interface.

Conditions:
When removing or modifying the policy configured on a PW-Ether interface, a small amount of memory used by one internal data structure is not freed.
