Description (partial)
Symptom: The voicemail button should be grayout if no voice mail pilot number is assigned. If you press the button that no pilot number is assigned, no call is placed. But the CUCILync 9 is stuck in abnormal condition. <Step> 1. Sign in to CUCILync 9 with a user who has no voice mail profile. 2. Pressing Call Voicemail button on Jabber with any mode. 3. No call is placed because no DN is associated to the button. 4. If you chang the mode to softphone, you see the drop down menu for switching the mode is grayout and you can't change the mode any more until restarging the CUCILync 9. Conditions: No voice mail pilot is assigned to the user.
