Description (partial)

Currently,  on N3132, there  is limitation in BCM SDK that only 6K prefix /64 routes is supported.

In Paired Slice, (By default: 256) entries are RESERVED for IPV6/65-127 routes.
Remaining UN-RESERVED entries in Paired Slices, can NOT be used for IPV6/0-64 Routes.
