Description (partial)

Edge:Group chat user doesn't reconnect to chat room after changing network

To Dupe
1. have 3 users logs over Edge and join a chat room
2. Have 1 user change from Edge network to local network, note do not logout user or leave chat room
3. when client re-logins user, sent an IM again in chat room window.

Result: Users IM appears to be sent - no error, but the other users do not see it.
Also, the user can not see the other use's IMs that are sent after logging back in.

3 users logged in over Edge and have created a chatroom
